Workshops & Events 2019
Writing Workshop
Thursday 4th April – East Sussex College, Lewes, 10am – 4pm
Workshop Title: What’s Under the Bonnet? The Mechanics of your Story
The workshop is suitable for students writing short stories, novels, life writing (memoir, autobiography, biography). Great stories live on in our imaginations long after we’ve read them and transport us into other worlds and into the lives of characters. Writing memorable stories requires commitment to your writing and understanding of the tools of the craft. The aim of this one-day workshop is to give you tips and guide you to make your story compelling for the reader. We will look at key elements of the craft such as character, structure and editing. I look forward to having you join me!
